The 300 m2 villa includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a large living room provided with cable TV and a cozy fireplace. All the bedrooms are provided with fans (additional fans can be provided in the living room and dining room). Excellent wifi connection to work. The 120m2 terrace surrounding the house features a covered porch with a lounge area. You can choose between the outdoor and indoor dining areas, both overlooking the sea and the beautiful garden. Adjacent the house are the parking lot and the garage, which includes an area complete with all the amenities to do your laundry (washing machine, dryer and iron). The property counts with a private garden of 10,000m², a large swimming pool and fully equipped BBQ to enjoy a meal in the outdoor dining area. Depending on the time of the year, you will be able to enjoy our fruit trees and pick up fresh lemons, oranges, mandarins, pomegranates and more. A paradise for food and nature lovers!
