Located in a residential development in La Pobla de Vallbona, in a quiet residential area surrounded by green areas and year-round neighbours, 3 minutes from the CV-35, very close to all services. La Pobla de Vallbona is a municipality in the Valencian Community, Spain. Belonging to the province of Valencia, in the region of Camp del Turia and integrated into La Vallbona, 22.6 km from Valencia. The population is located in the southern part of the term, mainly on flat land. We can access this locality from Valencia through the CV-35 and Metro Valencia line 1. The area is quiet and enjoys a temperate climate, with warm winters, hot summers and scarce rainfall, that is, typically Mediterranean. With beautiful Valencian beaches just 20 minutes by car, this area has a lot to offer. Although it is in the midst of nature and offers beautiful views of the countryside, it also has all the necessary facilities and services and has a lively nightlife just a few kilometres away. Its term, with an area of 33.1 km², borders Olocau and Serra to the north, Riba-roja del Túria to the south, Bétera and la Eliana to the east, and Llíria and Benaguasil to the west, from which it was segregated in the Middle Ages. It has a population of 23,684 inhabitants. Density 715.53 inhab./km² and surface area of 33.1 km².
