Welcome to this lovely house with lush-green outdoors, with a lot of plants and nice corners, ideal for reading a book or having a nice glass of wine in the afternoon. If you like to cook outside, there is a barbecue where you can prepare your favorites dishes under the blue sky. This house has neighbors and is fenced. Inside, the living room with fireplace and AC is ideal for watching a film on satellite TV or listening to music. The fully equipped gas kitchen is open to the dining area. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the bathroom. There are three bedrooms in total that invite you to dream; one with a double bed and AC, one with two single beds, and a third one also with a double bed which can only be accessed from the outside. The flat offers a bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with shower which again can only be accessed from the outside. Two electric radiators and a bathroom heater complete the equipment of the house.

This house is located at the south of Majorca island, Sa Rapita, where you will find all what you might need for a lovely holidays. is located from a few meters of the rocky coast and 15 minutes walking from the wonderful sandy beach of Es Trenc, very famous due to its crystalline water, white sand and sand dunes. If you go a bit more to the south, you will be able to visit the fishing village Colonia de Sant Jordi, with a lot of restaurant that serve very nice seafood and fish, and a nice port. During the summer, you can also visit by boat the protected Cabrera island. The main city, Palma de Mallorca, is about 40 minutes driving.
