House at 25 meters from the beach of La Fosca. The house has 60 m2 in 3 floors. On the ground floor you have the living room with a sofa, table for 6 people, a kitchen and access to the terrace with views to the sea, tables and chairs for 8, 2 sun loungers and barbecue. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with double bed of 150x190 with views to the sea and a bathroom and on the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms with bunk beds with views to the beach and a bathroom with shower. In the shared garden you will find 6 showers with hot water and 4 bathrooms. Garden of 3,500 m2 shared with 12 families where there is a wall of tennis, a ping-pong, you will find rackets and balls in the house, a small forest with hammocks, basketball baskets and a punching bag. If you need a baby cot, high chair or baby bath you can order them in advance and you will have them for free. The house is delivered clean and without towels or sheets that can be rented or bought. Towel set: 1 large and 1 medium: 4 euros. Set of individual sheets: 8 euros. Large sheets set: 15 euros. The house has 3 fans and 1 inverter split air conditioning with hot and cold air and butane gas heaters free. You can park 1 car in the property.

The fine sandy beach of La Fosca located 25 meters from the terraced house has obtained the EU Blue Flag rating the highest rating that a beach can obtain. The house is ideally located in a privileged environment. You can park 1 car in the property. There is a parking lot 20 meters from the house owned by the municipality of Palamós. This parking is free throughout the year with the exception of the months of June, July, August and September in which you must pay. In the months of July and August there is a bus that takes them to the center of Palamós. The center of Palamós is 1 km 500 m away. away
