Enjoy the coast in this charming townhouse! Just two steps from the beach, this property is perfect for those who want to enjoy the sun and the beach in a peaceful and relaxed environment. The house has a communal area that includes a swimming pool and a large private terrace with a barbecue, ideal for spending afternoons with family or friends. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle!
The house is distributed over three floors and has private parking for your convenience. On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy patio with a barbecue. Inside the house, there's a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, and a spacious dining room with a terrace that leads out to the communal area. On the second floor, there are three bright bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. In the attic, there's a large bedroom with two terraces where you can enjoy the peaceful sound and breeze of the sea. The house is also equipped with appliances and wifi internet connection for your comfort. The community area, with only a few neighbors, has a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for enjoying a refreshing swim on hot summer days.
