Casa Gaviota, 75m2 bungalow for 4 persons, with private pool of 4x2,5m on the terrace, perfect accommodation for families with children, in a very quiet area and away from the busy town of Jávea, but very close to the main coves of the coast of Jávea( 5 min by car ). It is located on the ground floor of a small bungalow complex in Urb. Balcon al Mar in Jávea. From the terrace, there are sea views. Parking is available at the entrance. The distance to Arenal beach with shops, boulevards, bars and restaurants is 8 min. Well-educated pets are allowed. Ideal for a quiet holiday in a unique environment, without renouncing the services and available offer of a tourist destination like Javea.
I am in love with Jávea and its surroundings, and I enjoy this unique place for me, for more than 30 years. I have the privilege of being able to enjoy its coves, its sea, its smell, as well as its gastronomy, its culture, and its leisure offer, and so I decided to share it with others..
