This spacious 300 m² holiday home is located in Pollensa, a small town in the north of the island of Mallorca, in the sunny Balearic Islands of Spain. The house is fully equipped and offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. All rooms are very spacious, especially the living room, and the house features a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (one of them outside), accommodating up to 8 people. You have Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, satellite TV, DVD player, PlayStation 1 with 2 games, air conditioning in all rooms and a washing machine. It is suitable for families with children and, upon request, a cot and high chair can be provided. You can relax outdoors and enjoy the spectacular views of the Sierra de Tramuntana from the large furnished garden, take advantage of the private pool, open and covered terraces, or cook on the gas barbecue. The house is located in a quiet area near the historic Roman bridge and within walking distance of the town centre, where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafés. The villa is close to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Sierra de Tramuntana and offers excellent opportunities for outdoor activities. Spectacular beaches, such as Platja de Cala Barques, are only 8 minutes (5.5 km) away by car, while Alcudia Beach is 20 minutes (13 km) away. Horse riding is available at a nearby ranch for an extra fee. You can also explore caves just a few minutes' drive away. The area offers excellent hiking trails, such as the Camí Boquer, and the Pollensa Golf Club is within easy reach. Maximum number of Pets: 1.
