Newly renovated independent house with private roof terrace, located in a typical andalusian patio, in the historic center of Conil, and 500 meters from the beach. The house has a bedrooms, living-dining room with a sofa-bed, fully equipped american kitchen with top quality furniture and appliances (refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, kitchen utensils ... towels and sheets included), bathroom and a private roof terrace with sea view.
Private owner, I enjoy talking to people and I am fully committed to ensuring that my guests have the best of stays. Before, during and after your stay, you can always communicate with me.
You will have the availability of the whole house that was totally reformed in 2021 and is located in a wonderful area (you don’t need a car), just 5 minutes from the beach and close to all the services of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and at the same time in a quiet area, being a very small street there is practically no noise.
