HOLA! We thank you for choosing the "CIUDAD CONDAL" for your next visit to BARCELONA. We are a small private establishment, in the best location in Barcelona. In the "CIUDAD CONDAL" you can visit Barcelona comfortably, both on foot and by public transport. In a dynamic area next to "Passeig de Gracia" and "Rambla de Catalunya", commercial, tourist and cultural interest. We are located at number 255 of Street (Calle) "Mallorca", just behind the bus stop, on the "Principal" floor of an historic building in the city, of Catalan modernism, by the famous architect Josep Vilaseca i Casanovas. Our 20 rooms are distributed in two staircases of this same historical building, on the called "Main" floor (2nd). Giving the customer, once they check-in, a private and free access, but with maximum security, to their room. We do not have common areas and / or breakfast services, but due to our perfect location, you can have a wide variety of cafes, restaurants and small supermarkets, even in the same building. Gaudí's Casa Batlló and Pedrera are 150 meters away, and both the Sagrada Familia and Plaza Cataluña are 20 minutes away on foot.
