Located on the 4th floor, this fully-furnished flat features a spacious living room with a flatscreen TV with a designated dining area. A modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, electric hobs, a stove, a large fridge, a toaster, a kettle and a variety of kitchen utensils. The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size double bed, big wardrobe, a separate TV set and is connected to a private bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom accommodates two single beds and a large closet with access to a balcony. A lounge room is fitted with a sofa which can be transformed to a double bed and a desk with an armchair. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower. The main terrace features panoramic windows with a seaside view, large dresser and a dining table. There is a fast Wi-Fi network operating throughout the property. The flat is equipped with all necessary items. Additionally, towels and pods for the dishwasher will be provided. The flat is located in a newly-built apartment complex with an adjacent territory which features two swimming pools, a playground, a paddle court, a garden and a parking lot. Tenants will be given access to a parking space.
The apartment is in a short, two-minute walk from the Arenal Bol beach. The flat is situated in the commercial centre of Calp which presents the guests with an ample selection of restaurants, bars, and cafes. Calp's historical old town is also in a short walk away from the property. Calp's points of interest include a lake inhabited by flamingos, the Ifach cliff which can be climbed for a scenic view of the entire area, and La Muralla Roja, an iconic postmodernist building designed by Ricardo Bofill, a renowned Spanish archtect. Moreover, Calp is located in the heart of the Costa Blanca area.
