Located in the Plaza de la Verdura, the nerve center of the monumental area of Pontevedra, this elegant apartment is the ideal place from which you can enjoy the life and history of the city. The same square is full of bars and restaurants, and 100 meters away are the buildings of the Museum of Pontevedra. The apartment, renovated with high quality materials and finishes, has a living room with integrated kitchen overlooking the Plaza de la Verdura and the Mount of “La Caeira”, which is visible on the multitude of rooftops of the historic center. It has two bedrooms with double bed, sofa-bed in the living room and a bathroom. The views of the main bedroom are towards the building of the Museum of Pontevedra located in the Plaza de la Leña. We dispose of all the amenities: wifi, television, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, etc ... Crib is installed if necessary. No parties or events are allowed. Very close to the apartment there is a free parking.
I am Magdalena, I live in Pontevedra, where I work as an architect for 12 years. A few years ago I renovated this apartment to be my home, so I did it with a lot of care and dedication, without skimping on materials or qualities. I hope that whoever stays in it appreciates the love with which it has been renovated and its unique location.
The historic center of Pontevedra, declared a Historic-Artistic Site in 1951, is one of the best preserved in Galicia, an indisputable witness to the medieval splendor of the city. Currently, it has become an international reference model for its pedestrianization project, which has allowed the recovery of public space for the citizen. The arrival time is from 16.00 to 23:00 and the departure at 11:00 although we can adapt exceptionally to another schedule. The nearest airports are Vigo which is 28 km away, and Santiago 77 km away.
