Beautiful apartment 100 meters from the wonderful beach of Guardamar del Segura, next to the promenade, one of the longest sandy beaches on the coast 15 km of fine sand beach. Located in the center of the town next to restaurants, cafes, natural parks and the promenade, you make it ideal for families who want to spend a wonderful vacation by the sea. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a children's room, a bathroom, living room, kitchen and terrace, everything you need to spend a fantastic vacation, elevator and views of the Mediterranean Sea, the place is ideal for all tourists who want to disconnect next to the sea, Guardamar del Seguro, a fishing village, 10 km from Torrevieja and 35 km from Alicante city.

Located, next to the sea and the Dña Sofia park, a park of centenary pines, ideal for going with children, there is a cafeteria in the same park so you can enjoy a good drink, next to the promenade just 2 minutes walking, but in a very quiet street, to be able to rest comfortably, ideal for families. Supermarkets, cafes everything to walk, city center 5 minutes walk
