Property information

A bright, clean and comfortable holiday apartment in new building with spacious facilities. The space includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace to enjoy Calpe sea view. Located in the central area of Calpe, it's only a minute away from the beach, the supermarket and many areas of entertainment. Ideal accommodation to enjoy your stay in family or friends company. The building has a pool, kids' playground, and jacuzzi.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment building has a large variety of restaurants and bars to select from along the beach next to it, as well as cafes and shops in the city center nearby. There are Michelin Star restaurants as well. Additionally, you can visit the Penyal d'Ifac natural park, Cala del Morelló, Cantal Roig beach, take a ride on the touristic train, or take your kids to the children's theme park within walking distance from the flat.
