Fustera Pedros enjoys a location very close to the beach of “La Fustera”, with offers restaurants and a beach bar only 5 Min. walk. The villa is situated in between Calpe and Moraira, these places have become a major hotspot for holidaymakers, due to their refined area combining the beautiful beach area with the charming country and hillside. The villa offers parking for 3 cars, from there, we follow towards the villa. Fustera Pedros welcomes us on the upper level with a single-storey holiday home, we flow to a covered veranda with a seating area into a living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD and a fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation offers a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a full bathroom and a shower room. Downstairs is closed and unoccupied during your stay. From the parking place, there is access to the pool area through a little pathway presenting us with a spacious terrace surrounding the private swimming pool, sunbeds, umbrellas, and a BBQ area. The washing machine is located in the utility room behind the kitchen. If you are looking for a very convenient and affordable villa for families or couples, you will not be disappointed with this option.
