IBAIA ET ARRAMAK, ROOMS & APARTMENT (Hostel **) The boutique guest house Ibaia Et Arramak opens its doors to its guests to feel at home in a quiet place next to the river in the historic heart of San Sebastian. Its incredible location allows you to be close to wonderful restaurants, walk to the Tabakalera art center or choose one of the two beaches (La Concha beach or Zurriola beach). IBaia Et Arramak, or Rio y Ramas in Spanish, has a wonderful garden to relax, meet new friends or leave your bicycles. All our rooms have flat screen TV, air conditioning, daily maid service, showers, hair dryers and wifi. You will be able to use our 24-hour coffee area where we invite you to have a free coffee, tea, water and fruit. The reception service is on duty from 15:00 hrs to 21:00 hrs. But don't worry, because you can always communicate with our multilingual staff by text message or phone where we will solve or help you with everything you need. We do not have parking, but we offer you a discounted day pass to a nearby public parking lot. The house faces the Urumea river in a historic building , and has a very sunny garden. It has an excellent location in the center of San Sebastian at: - 5 minutes from La Concha Bay - 3 minutes from the Buen Pastor Cathedral - 5 Minutes from the Maria Cristina Hotel and Victoria Eugenia Theatre - Less than 300 meters from the railway station and bus station - Less than 300 meters from the Tabakalera Art Center. - 2 minutes walk to Restaurants area.
The boutique guest house Ibaia Et Arramak is located in the center of San Sebastian, a neighborhood full of a great variety of stores and gastronomic offer. Just 9 minutes walk from Ibaia Et Arramak is the beach of La Concha or the beach of La Zurriola.
