Property information

Exclusive La Sirena building, brand new!, recently renovated in June 2024. Right on the beach, right on the promenade, two minutes from the famous Loro Parque, located in the picturesque and famous fishing neighborhood of Punta Brava. Beautiful views of the beach, its sand just a few steps from the door. Main room, with a comfortable double bed, work table and Smart TV. A bathroom, complete and bright. Living room, equipped kitchen, dining room, blend into a single room, decorated in detail.

Neighbourhood information

Next to the neighborhood is Punta Brava beach, an incredible beach of black volcanic sand. In front of this beautiful fishing neighborhood, the famous Loro Parque is located. Without a doubt, it is an incredible place in Puerto de la Cruz that you cannot miss. In the vicinity of the accommodation you can find all the services: pharmacy, bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and of course one of the most important attractions on the island just a step away. From the apartment you can walk to any point in Puerto de la Cruz since the municipality is small and its gentle terrain invites you to take long walks along the beaches of the municipality. If you don't feel like walking, the Titsa public bus line 381 will leave you in just 5 minutes in the city center.
