Enjoy some relaxing day in this 2 bedroom apartment right next to the lake San Juan, only 1 hour drive from the center of Madrid. The apartment has a spacious terrace with lake and mountain view, and only 2 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is located on the 3. and top floor in an area concists of apartments surrounded by flush gardens, while the terrace gives you space to relax and enjoy the view to the lake. The apartment itself offers 2 spacious bedrooms with closet space, bathroom and a living room with a fireplace and American kitchen. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, flatscreen with cable tv and Netflix and reliable Wi-Fi.
Im a superhost on Airbnb and used to communicate with guests in my apartment in Madrid and now for my likeside apartment.
Costa Madrid is the name of this vacation area built in the 70ies. It comprises of holiday homes and apartments and are located along the lake of San Juan, where you are able to swim. The area has a blue flag beach, with beach clubs and options to rent sport equipments to fully enjoy the lake. 15min drive, you have a small town with a lot of restaurants, movie theatre, bakeries and other amenities when you are tired of the beach, or hiking in the mountains.
