Jávea Holidays began life in 2001 when two friends, who had recently relocated to the Costa Blanca from the UK, decided (over a chilled bottle of local vino blanco) that Jávea and its surroundings were simply too beautiful to be kept to themselves. As it turns out, that casual clinking of glasses was the start of something pretty special. JÁVEA HOLIDAYS TODAY We’ve evolved, gained new owners and lots of hands-on experience since then. From humble beginnings, managing bookings via telephone enquiries, we’ve developed a user-friendly website, optimized for both mobile and tablet. Our search filters allow our customers to quickly find exactly what they’re after, and we’ve become dab hands at promoting our homes on social media sites #welovewhatwedo! Our emphasis is still on sourcing one-of-a-kind holiday homes. Places that our guests will love so much that they want to come back time and time again. We now offer apartments with breath-taking sea views, beachy duplexes, family-friendly villas, as well as gorgeous off-the-beaten track fincas and cosy winter rentals. Just like our guests, our hand-picked properties are unique, quite often glamorous, and sometimes even a little quirky.

This spacious duplex apartment, with its south facing open-air terrace, is fabulously located close to the restaurants, bars and boutiques of Jávea Port. Take a leisurely 10 minute stroll to the Port’s pretty marina and ‘La Grava’ stone-y beach. Alternatively, head up hill from the Port to the Historic Old Town or take a seaside walk to the popular Arenal sandy beach. Floridamar Mimosa is situated in one of the prettiest garden and pool complexes in Jávea. Guests are greeted by wide, sandstone coloured walkways, tropical plants and three sparkling pools at the centre of the grassed lawn, including a kiddies pool and jacuzzi. A small gymnasium and sauna are located within the complex and are available to use throughout the year, and during the off season the indoor heated swimming pool is open to all guests staying at the complex. Inside the apartment a large entrance hall, with handy washroom, interconnects the kitchen and colourful lounge-diner; complete with smart TV, chill-out sofa and dining table for up to six guests. The sunny, enclosed balcony sits off of the kitchen and dining area and is the perfect space to take breakfast or afternoon tea. Upstairs, the bedrooms are light and spacious with the added luxury of their own en-suite bathrooms, as well as direct access onto the expansive open-air terrace. Fancy a spot of golf? The Costa Blanca offers a wide choice of golf courses, two are within a 15 minute drive of the apartment and include the Championship course ‘La Sella’. Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that groups of people less than 25 years in age are not permitted at this property. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger persons when accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. Should you be under the minimum age requirement and proceed to confirm the reservation regardless, on arrival you will be denied entry to the property and forfeit any right of refund.
