Modern spacious villa on the edge of Nerja. Stunning panoramic views of the Sea & Mountains. New infinity pool with lots of sun loungers, tables etc. Multiple dining terraces & patios. Large gas BBQ. 4 min walk to the Beach. 20 min walk to Nerja centre via Beach or Road. Private parking in enclosed garage. Free fast wifi + access to UK TV stations & Netflix. Full air-con & heating. Can sleep extra adults/children via 2 sofa beds + 1 fold up bed. Outdoor security + a safe is supplied indoors.
I'm a singer/songwriter & events organiser with business in N Ireland and here in Nerja, Costa del Sol where I live. I'm also a former Staff Nurse but once a nurse, always a nurse. So I like to look after people, while affording them their privacy, and I like to ensure their stay at my property is everything they want it to be. I'm only a phone call away if you need me. If for any reason I am not within easy reach, a family member will be available to help.
Punta Lara Urb 1 is a small quiet area of approximately 20 detached villas. Punta Lara Urb 2 is much bigger & has more townhouses, apartments & some bars. It is only a 5 minute walk between both areas. Free parking at the villa by use of the space by the main gate + an enclosed garage. The area is very easy to navigate as it is just off the main coast road & right opposite the beach.
