Bright and cozy full apartment in a quiet area just 5 minutes from the beach and the historic center, which houses modernist buildings, markets and shops. Mataró is located only 35 minutes from the center of Barcelona, well connected by road, train and bus (direct and frequent lines). Its privileged geographic location, on the one hand the sea and on the other the coastal mountain range makes the climatic conditions ideal to enjoy all year round its beaches, parks and mountains. In a building from the 60s that was a small textile factory, in 2006 it became a fully modernized apartment building with all the comforts. It is an independent apartment very well distributed, comfortable, bright and sunny. It has two bedrooms(1 double and 1 single), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and large living room with two double sofa beds, washing machine and dryer, air conditioning, iron, hair dryer, and optional private parking. During the stay, towels and bed linen will be provided. The apartment has of all the services. Upon the arrival, you will be given the wifi code and all the details.
