Property information

Apartment located in a quiet area but close to all services. You can enjoy a terrace and you can access it directly from the kitchen. You have a parking space under the same building. You can access the parking lot with the elevator. Final cleaning is included in the price, however all dishes and pans must be cleaned by the guest before leaving. Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment. Only 1 dog weighing no more than 6 kg is accepted as a pet. Cats or other pets are not allowed. The client must notify and request the reservation with a pet and the pet must meet the above mentioned conditions. Due to the new regulation, the name of the guest of the reservation should match with the passport or ID in order to be able to check in. Once the reservation is made, the guest's name can be changed only with prior written acceptance by the property.
