Property information

Architecturally protected 1903 Building recently restored and preserve in 2009. Just now in January 2025, the Apartment's interior has recently renovated and refurbished. Flooring, Painting. Soundproofing, energy efficiency Insulation, eco savings appliances and LED Lighting. It's a truly Oasis thanks to its location, building's structure and apartment's insulation. The apartment is a on narrow street and facing west which it is protected from extreme heat, rain and sand storms(such as Terral and Calima)

Neighbourhood information

Our place has one of the best locations just one block from Plaza de la Constitucion. Apartment is located only 50 mts to Plaza de la Constitution & Calle Larios. Easy access by walking or taxi from Malaga Alameda Train Station or from Paseo Maritimo Bus Station. It makes a perfect place to use as a satellite to visit Theaters, Bars, Bistros and historic monument. Go to Malagueta beach only 15 minutes walking distance. Also discover either Ronda, Nerja or Torremolinos- Marbella . Apartment is located so central it makes you convenient to take one day trips to Andalusian towns and cities like Granada or Sevilla or Cordoba.
