This cozy mediterranean 3-bedroom apartment is located in a building with direct access to La Roda beach and 1 minute from the beautiful new Altea promenade. The apartment is in front of the old town and has beautiful views of it, being just 5-minute walk from it. It is just a step away from the beach: take the elevator down, cross the street and you are on the famous La Roda beach, with its turquoise sea and its characteristic white rolling stones. A few meters away is the new Altea promenade, recently renovated, with multiple restaurants, ice cream parlors and drinking areas. The walk has many areas for small children and families. The old town is in front of the apartment, and in 5 minutes you go from being on the beach to the beautiful blue dome of the Nuestra Señora del Consuelo church. The apartment is right in front of the train station, where there is ample free parking. There is a bus stop next to the train station. Both, by train and by bus, you can go without problems to any point in the province of Alicante, such as Benidorm, Calpe, Denia, Jávea or Alicante itself.
