URGENT NOTICE FROM 15th OCTOBER TILL 31st DECEMBER, THE CAR PARKING PLACE AND THE TENNIS COURT WON´T BE AVAILABLE DUE TO MAJOR REPAIRINGS IN THAT AREA With an unbeatable front sea view it has 3 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and a large living room with a sunny terrace. The flat includes a private underground parking space and there is the option to rent an additional parking space (subject to availability). The building has gardens, tennis court and outdoor swimming pool (summer season only). The building is situated very close to the old town and is surrounded by restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
