This apartment is only video-monitored for burglary and theft in the entrance area of the apartment. Removing or taping the video camera is FORBIDDEN !!! A security deposit is required upon arrival. (please read the guidelines and house rules) The property is 20m from the beach. The house was built in 2011 and has an elevator. Our guests receive a bottle of water and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift! Spacious, cozy, superbly located comfortable apartment, tastefully equipped - for connoisseurs!
Very nice beach with fine sand. Parking in the public underground car park on three floors, next to MERCADONA.
