All apartments have a large smart TV, a modern equipped kitchen and top quality materials. Some refurbishment work is currently taking place in the inner courtyard and there is scaffolding in the building. Work hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We are sorry for the possible inconvenience and hope this does not cause major inconvenience during your stay. The apartment is located on the second floor and DOES NOT HAVE ELEVATOR. This apartment is not a tourist accommodation, so it is not rented for tourist purposes. It is rented only for temporary stays for work, study, medical reasons, etc. The tenant must sign a temporary stay contract, which will be provided before moving into the apartment.
