-The flat is located on the second floor with lift. - Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out). - Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival - Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in). - We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. - Parties are not allowed. - It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150 euros. - The flat´s capacity is of 4 people. No additional guests allowed. - Please take out the trash before check-out. - Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment. - You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient! - For bookings from 28 days or more there is an extra cost for supplies (not included in the price) of 100 euros, to be paid at check in. - For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.

Welcome to my home! I’m so excited to open up my property to fellow Airbnb travellers. My beautiful 3 bedroom apartment, in the neighborhood of Esplugues, is a brand new stylish and comfortable place to stay and has great transport links to Barcelona center, Camp Nou and La Fira. You’re just a 7-minute walk away from the nearest tube and 4 minutes from the tramway. Explore the neighbourhood and discover Barcelona. I hope you enjoy your stay!

Neighbourhood information

Perfect area to rest, far from the crowd :-). Here you can taste the real Spain. However if you are looking for the 'crowd' is easy and quick as in just 7 min you will be in the subway which will take you to the center in a few minutes. Just 2 mis away from Finestrelles Shopping Center!
