Property information

Open-space studio apartment combining modern comfort with traditional architectural features. It is located at calle Relator, near the vibrant Alameda and a 15 minute walk from the main centre. The small kitchen is immediately to the left of the entrance. It is equipped with cooking utensils and basic appliances, including: small fridge, microwave and a portable stove. Extendable dining table (45-150cm) and 2 folder chairs (table and chairs added after pictures were taken). Beyond is the sleeping area with a double bed (150 x 200cm), bathroom with a walk-in shower and dressing room. Large sliding doors open onto a small private patio with exposed brick walls. Next to Relator street is the Feria food market. There are shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes walking distance. Observations 1) The apartment is a room that belongs to the ground floor of a town-house, with its own separate entrance door. 2) The entrance is through the owners' garage who live on the top floors. Tenants can use the garage to park a bicycle only. The parking space is for the owners' vehicles. 3) Air conditioning available between May-September. Considering the architecture of the house and its orientation, the interiors remain cool and comfortable for the rest of the year-round. There is a wall mounted radiator for heating. 4) Washing machine not available. There is a laundry service at calle Feria, located just few metres away from the apartment. 5) Weekly change of linen and towels included. 6) High speed fibre optic internet connection included. Parking We recommend the Saba Plaza Concordia public car park, located 900m from the apartment.
