Splendid 2-bedroom ground floor apartment at Roque Del Conde with superb ocean views. Large 18 m2 terrace with dining table, lounge area and a hammock from which you can enjoy the sunset over La Gomera, a real little paradise! A light and bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bathroom with shower, lounge, Smart TV, WIFI, everything you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Fabulous swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. Not to be missed! This 80m2 flat sleeps up to 6 people. Beautifully decorated, with quality furniture, a bathroom completely renovated in April 2024, and a fully equipped kitchen. An exceptional terrace with breathtaking sea views. Terrace with sun canopies, equipped with a lounge for aperitifs, a beautiful dining table for 6 people, a hammock for your siesta... a real haven of peace and zenitude. A large bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single bunk beds. A lovely, bright bedroom with 1 double bed and a view of the terrace.

Neighbourhood information

Roque del Conde is a very quiet and peaceful quarter. A car is recommended, as the walk back up to the flat is more difficult. You are 5-8 minutes by car from the town centre. A small shop, open until 11pm, is located just opposite the residence. A car is recommended to get to the town centre (5-8 minutes by car). Private parking is available, but you can also park in the street in front of the residence.
