Discover the perfect blend of urban convenience and relaxation in our charming 1-bedroom apartment, just 1km from the city center. Modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. Right by Centria University Center. One bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Sauna available in the basement. Apartment is fully furnished with new furniture. Sheets and towels are included. TV and Wifi available.
There's a special kind of pleasure in preparing a cozy, welcoming space for guests, ensuring they feel at home even when they're miles away from their own. It's about crafting experiences, whether that's through offering local tips or simply providing a comfortable, clean space where they can rest and recharge. Hosting is an ongoing project that involves decorating, maintaining, and improving the space, which not only benefits my guests but also instills a sense of pride and accomplishment in me.
Right by the Kokkola university center. Close to train station and supermarkets. Calm neighbourhood with new family housing around.
