As this is residence where babies, children and elderly also lives, should you are planning to have party or creating loud noise/anything which can create issue to our quiet/calm apartment & its neighbourhood then this apartment is NOT for you =] as safety & convenience of apartment & its neighbours are our priority. The apartment to be returned tidy and clean.

We will spoil you with Nordic design amenities within the Apartment. Apartment is located in picturesque area of Helsinki, very calm, peaceful & relaxing area although its between the most busy streets in Helsinki Center & design district, Fredrikinkatu & Iso Roobertinkatu (Viiskulma & Korkeavuorenkatu is nearby). Löyly the famous sauna place which you can jump to ocean, Design Museum, Huvilakatu, 400m from the the beach, Design Shops, Restaurants, Cafes and most all the attraction of Helsinki are within walking distance Please Note : - We require Guest(s) to follow Our House Rules - Some of the area inside the apartment have 195cm height from floor to ceiling - Climbing or accessing the loft/2nd floor inside the apartment is absolutely forbidden - We have Self Check-In policy with Keybox/Keylock and codes, therefore you can do the check-in anytime after 15:00, please contact the Host after reservation have been made - Therefore we require of guest(s) identification to be sent prior check-in.
