DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT A HOTEL NOR PROFESSIONAL BED AND BREAKFAST ACCOMONDATION. However if you want to have a home and hotel is not an option for you (like those are not for me), my loft is just right for you. 1) This is a hybrid building which has offices and commercial spaces as well as residential spaces. Since there are residential spaces, it is mandatory to keep it quiet (less than 70dB) ALWAYS in the hallways and also from 22:00 to 8:00 (10PM to 8 AM) inside and outside areas connected. Finns are quiet and they expect the same from any other sharing their living space. Also smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building including balconies. There are designated smoking areas outside. 2) The space will be thruely cleaned before your rental period. You may use all my equipments you might find inside my apartment. However according regulations of the city of Helsinki and tax officials considering apartment rentals, there are no cleaning/housekeeping or any other services offered by me. If you shoulf need these services, please ask for recommendations.

This location is at the very city center of Helsinki. Helsinki city center is safe place to stay. Only place I would recommend that you would not go on a night time is Kaisaniemi Park. This accommodation is at the top floors of the shopping center called Kamppi Center so there are huge number of activities, cafes and restaurants with no need to even exit from the complex.
