Come and enjoy an exclusive house, comfortable, raised 10 minutes from Besançon. The house is alive, spacious, bright and welcoming. You are 5 minutes from all shops and supermarkets. The region offers a multitude of activities, exceptional visits and cultural enrichments. (dinozoo park for children, the citadel and its zoo, the museum of time ..) I have many flyers on what to visit in the area.

Welcome to my single storey house in Montfaucon where I live. Attention, the number of the House is 18B, it is visible on my green mailbox. As soon as you have booked, watch your booking mailbox for the instructions that I send to all You will have access to 1 private bedroom with lock for a maximum of 2 people and to the common areas. The house has an equipped kitchen (crockery, oven, microwave, refrigerator) The house has wifi and the user must respect the hadopi law. Parking is possible in front of my garage. Bus stop and bread store at 300m. Parties and birthdays are not permitted under any circumstances. It may happen that other rooms are occupied by other travelers (which is rare). In this case, when you are inside, if you lock the door with the key, it is important that the key does not remain on the door, because the other occupants will not be able to enter. During the period you have booked, you are required to properly close the doors and windows when you leave, in the event of theft, you will be held responsible if the house has remained open.
