The view-protected villa benefits from a very quiet location, is air-conditioned and has two bathrooms. On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and the spacious living room with billiards, as well as access to the pool and the 4,000-square-foot garden. One of the bedrooms has a bunk bed with room for two upstairs and an integrated sofa bed downstairs. The house has everything you need for a great vacation: Hammam, outdoor Jacuzzi overlooking the pool, a sauna with room for six, a poolhouse with barbecue grill, and a large secured trampoline in the garden. On the upper floor there is a 26 m² fully equipped studio with double bed, kitchenette and bathroom.
