In a pleasant residence in the town center of Mont Dore located opposite the thermal baths and 100 meters from the shuttles, close to all amenities, great amenities for this 50 m2 T2 located on the 3rd floor (without elevator). It consists of a entrance with plenty of storage space opening onto a beautiful living room combining living room and open-plan kitchen/dining room of 23 m2, all facing south and opening onto a French window enjoying a pleasant view of the Capucins massif. This first living room has a sofa convertible into a double bed. The fully equipped US kitchen has an induction hob, oven, refrigerator hood, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher. But also a large bedroom with a double bed (140) as well as a pull-out bed (90), a wardrobe and a balcony overlooking the Sancy massif. Finally a bathroom (shower) with toilet, washing machine and towel dryer radiator. In the annex the apartment benefits from a private cellar in the basement.
