Welcome to our charming 2-room apartment, fully renovated in 2023, located in Fréjus Plage, just 50 meters from the beach with direct access. This spacious 40 m² air-conditioned apartment is perfect for 4 people. The bright and comfortable living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people, a flat-screen TV with internet box, and a fully equipped modern kitchen adjoining the living area. The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed. The modern bathroom has an Italian shower, WC, washing machine, and towel dryer. For added comfort, the apartment also has reversible air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. Enjoy the private terrace with two tables and four chairs, the perfect place to relax outdoors while enjoying views of the sea and the residence garden. The residence is secure with a large closed communal parking lot and a private garage just opposite. A supermarket is just 50 meters away. Located 35 minutes from Cannes and 40 minutes from Antibes, Fréjus train station is only a 5-minute drive away. Nearby activities: swimming, paddleboarding, jet skiing, parasailing, kayaking, flyboarding, water skiing, wakeboarding, scuba diving, Aqualand, hiking, mountain biking, vineyard visits, museums, historical monuments, casino, and cinema. GUEST ACCESS Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay and will be greeted in person upon arrival. ADDITIONAL FEES Linen is provided for stays of 6 nights or more. Optional with extra charge for shorter stays. A city tax may be required depending on the booking platform. SERVICE Check-in is online via a link sent after booking confirmation. A digital welcome guide will be available throughout the stay. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit will be required as a bank imprint 14 days before arrival
