Apartment features: • Luxurious bathroom: bathtub for two, washing machine, hairdryer, towels, separate toilet. • Comfortable bedroom: the separate bedroom offers a Queen Size bed, a TV with Netflix, storage space with hangers and shelves. • Fully equipped kitchenette: Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, as well as utensils and cutlery. • Cozy living room: 3-seater sofa and coffee table. • Additional amenities: WIFI, iron, drying rack.
• The building is fully equipped with surveillance cameras installed at the entrance, in the parking area, and on every floor. • A building caretaker performs regular inspections to ensure the safety of the premises and residents.
