THE APARTMENT IS DISINFECTED AFTER EACH GUEST. Superb fully renovated studio that is classified 3*** and that is 30m from the main beach in Biarritz, the Grande Plage. Ideally located in the heart of Biarritz. It is fully equipped and furnished with direct access to the beach and with a shared swimming pool that is open from 1st June to 30th September. The apartment overlooks the rooftops of Biarritz. It is on the sixth floor with elevators and offers good comfort,. The kitchen is entirely equipped (electric hobs, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc). The living area has a flat screen TV and sofa bed and there is a possibility on demand to add a further fold down single bed. The bathroom has a washing machine and a bath with shower attachment. There is a separate WC, balcony with table and chairs and various wardrobes and storage space. THE LINEN AND END OF STAY CLEANING ARE OPTIONAL EXTRA.
The main beach in Biarritz is 30m away, there are grocery stores and bus stops that go to the train station, airport etc next to the apartment, and there is direct access to the municipal secure parking. Also, free parking is readily available (except during the period 20/07 to 20/08) in the streets next to the apartment.
