Apartment 90m2 (capacity 6 people), completely renovated in 2024, in a secure and quiet residence, located 100m from the beach. 3rd floor with elevator, located due south, very sunny with unobstructed views of the marina, Calais Nord and the Blanc Nez. 10 minutes walk from the lively district of Calais Nord and its Place d'Armes (bars, restaurants, shops, markets, etc.) 2 bedrooms, one with a large 160 * 200cm bed and dressing room and the other with 2 single 90 * 190cm beds that can be pushed together. A sofa bed for 2 people and baby equipment (high chair, baby bed, etc.) You will appreciate its large fully equipped kitchen and its modern bathroom High-speed fiber WIFI and 165cm connected TV Sheets and bath towels are provided. The geographical location of this apartment is ideal!
