The fine print
Cleaning is not included in the rental price.
If you have not opted for the cleaning package: the accommodation must be returned tidy and clean as it was on arrival: vacuum, wash the floors, empty the bins, clean the kitchen and any electrical appliances used, leave used and dirty towels on the bathroom floor, remove pillowcases, fitted sheets and duvet covers and leave them on the floor in the bedrooms.
If you have opted for the €80 cleaning package, the owner will take care of this for you. However, there are still a few small things to do: empty the bins, empty the dishwasher, fold the duvets on the beds.
It is forbidden to pass on information about how to enter the property and allow people other than the tenants specified in the booking to enter the accommodation - if necessary, check with your host beforehand.
In the event of damage, Booking will be notified and a sum of €300 will be charged.
