Come and discover our 48 m² T4 apartment. Upon your arrival, you will enjoy the garden and its terrace, then access the veranda. The living room leads to two separate bedrooms, while the kitchen is independent. The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The apartment is located less than 50 meters from the beach, close to a cycle path and free parking. Bed linen can be provided for guests who wish (available for an extra fee). Towels are not provided. This apartment, ideal for a family with children but also suitable for other travelers, is a privileged place for your holidays. It is 3 minutes by bike from the city center and shops, and less than 50 meters from the seafront. The environment is calm and safe, perfect for children who can enjoy many activities nearby (beach, boules, roller skating, cycling, fitness, etc.). The accommodation has a landscaped garden and a terrace of about 50 m², both with sea views. Access is via the garden, then the terrace leads to the veranda. The living room leads to two bedrooms: the first with two bunk beds (90x190), ideal for children, and the second with a double bed (120x200), ensuring parents' privacy. Storage is available in each bedroom for your comfort. The independent kitchen is fully equipped (oven, electric hobs, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, complete cookware, dishes). The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet. Quiet and ideally located, it is a place where you will immediately feel at home. See you very soon, I hope! Maximum number of Pets: 2.
