Clevacances 🔑🔑🔑 Meublé de tourisme ⭐⭐⭐ Appartement à la décoration actuelle et reposante, un havre de paix. A seulement 100m du port de Loctudy, 800m de la plage de Langoz et 1.7 km du supermarché. Situé au 2eme étage et dernier, au coeur de la rue commerçante de Loctudy (Boulangerie, Restaurants, Pharmacie). Calme assurée, l'appartement ne donnant pas sur la rue. De nombreuses activités sont disponible ( Randonnées, plages, vélos, voile, planche à voile, surf, paddle, visite de différents musées, églises, chapelles) et de nombreux sites à visiter: le port du Guilvinec, la Pointe de Penmarc'h, le mythique spot de la Torche paradis des surfeur, la magnifique ville de Pont l'Abbé et Quimper ..... Appartement pour 6 personnes : Cuisine équipée (combiné-congélation, lave-vaisselle, four et micro-ondes...) salon-séjour, une chambre avec un lit 160, une chambre avec deux lits de 90, une salle d'eau avec double vasque, wc indépendant. Equipements et services: TV, internet WIFI, lave-linge. Draps et linge de toilette fournis, lits faits à l'arrivée. lit et matériel bébé sur demande. Extérieurs: parking à proximité
