Welcome to Lesperon, a village in the heart of the forest massif, in this small wooden house on the edge of a small stream. The vast grounds will be the starting point for your walks to discover the Landes forest. You can even get your bread on foot or by bike. And for lovers of sun, sand and waves, the beach is less than half an hour away. Independent cottage with living room offering: Living room with kitchen area, communicating bathroom by the bedrooms, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds, 1 double bed). independent toilet. Equipment: Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, limited service telephone, freezer. Electric heating. Mat Baby on request: high chair and travel cot. Garden furniture, unfenced land, court. Land of 1000 m². private car park. Just 1 pet allowed with extra. Pond in front of the cottage (fenced). Gîte surrounded by hedges. Nearest neighbor 50 m. nearby road. The price doesn't included the housework, the shower linen, the heating and the extra for pet (5 euro/day).
