Property information

Apartment close to the tower of Erbalunga, with a large terrace with sea view. Discover the typical village of Erbalunga, with its picturesque alleys, its theater of greenery, accompanied by all local shops (bakery, pharmacy, post office, supermarket, tobacco) and all types of catering: from snack to gourmet restaurant. For the more athletic, a fitness trail is located nearby, a tennis court, a stadium, games for children… Located 9 km from Bastia, a bus is available from Erbalunga to serve Bastia at six rotations per day (3 rotations in the morning and 3 rotations in the afternoon). The apartment is located in a typical hamlet of the old village center. Its surface is 60 m2 and its characteristics are: - a sitting area with TV, and a sofa bed 140x190cm - a fully equipped kitchen: hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. - a room with a bed 180x200cm - a shower room A pass for the village parking will be provided to the tenants. Supplied sheets and towel. Deposit: 1000 euros to give the day of your arrival and to restore at the end of stay.
