Welcoming & eco-friendly lifestyle Clos des Moulins is a home in the typical Poitivien style that was built by a trader and grain merchant in around 1856. The house has been completely renovated and welcomes you all year round, for both business and pleasure, for weekends or holidays. Home-made breakfast is served in the dining room. It consists of carefully chosen products which are local, organic, and fair-trade. You can try some bread, home-made pastries, fruit juice, fresh fruit salad, home-made yogurts, cheese, eggs (scrambled or omelette style) straight from our hens, not forgetting our home-made jams! During your stay, we offer guided tours of our naturally grown garden. You will discover perennial vegetables, edible flowers, and herbs. You will know everything about them before the end of your stay with us! At the bottom of the garden, a troglodyte site was lived in, in around 1750. Open your eyes and ears and delve into a piece of Poitiers history. Taking care of the environment is part of our daily life, and has been since 2008, and now allows us to offer you an environmentally responsible and sustainable stay.
