For the guest rooms in Panchien, we opted for a technical renovation that prioritizes environmental preservation as much as possible. This applies both to the use of bio-sourced materials and to the choice of equipment.

For example, we chose not to install air conditioning. Instead, we focused on high-performance thermal insulation for the building. This allows our guests to enjoy a cool, comfortable environment in summer and warmth in winter.
