The property offers exceptional views of the cliff "Aval", the Aiguille hollow and the beach. The park of 4000 m² wooded maritime pines with its garden furniture, its terraces is a haven of peace just above the beach and the city center, accessible in a few minutes by a private path. Backed by the gardens of Etretat, the house is 50 m. from the vantage point of the cliff Amont, starting point of the hikes. Free parking is available.
Teacher training, I preferred to move towards catering and tourism for meetings and the pleasure of sharing my world cuisine.
When you are at home, you can forget your car, because all Etretat is accessible by foot, the cliffs, the beach, the city center, the gardens of Etretat, the museums, the restaurants, the water activities, the golf, the hiking ...
