The apartment is laid out as follows : - Spacious living area with a large family sofa, dining corner, and wide bay windows opening directly onto the terrace, garden, and the lake – all with exceptional panoramic views. - Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, crockery and utensils. - Bedroom 1: two single beds (80x190 cm) joined to form a double (not separable), direct access to the terrace, garden and the lake. - Bedroom 2: one single bed (90x190 cm), bookcase with books available (no window). - Bedroom 3: one double bed (140x190 cm, no window). - Bathroom with WC. Outdoors : - Large 40 m² terrace with dining table, lounge furniture and relaxation area. - Private paved area for the apartment, plus shared lawn for residents. - Private 4,000 m² beach with two pontoons. For larger groups, the apartment can be rented together with Le Loft Azur (1st floor), for a total capacity of up to 7 guests.
