Duplex located in the center of Beaumont sur Sarthe, free parking on the peripheral streets. With all the comforts for a small family. A few streets from all shops (Restaurants, Bakery, etc.) In the summer season, the municipal swimming pool and the Mini-Golf course are open. Not far away, 15 minutes from Fresnay sur Sarthe, the most beautiful village in France 2021, and 30 minutes from the Alpes Mancelles, which offer magnificent visits. Le Mans 24-hour circuit 30 minutes away.
Happy to provide you with one towel per person for your stay, and a welcome breakfast basket.
All shops near the duplex, accessible on foot.
