The apartment is located 25 km from Bourg-Saint-Maurice. Free private parking is available in front of the residence. It faces south over the Tarentaise Valley and enjoys a quiet, wooded setting. The nearest ski slope is a 5-minute walk away. Shops are located in the center of La Rosière. In winter, the free shuttle stops in front of the residence every 15 minutes. The apartment features a terrace, an open-plan bedroom (mezzanine), a living room, a flat-screen TV, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and oven (standard and microwave), and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. For added privacy, the apartment has a private entrance and is soundproofed. The coffee machine is a standard filter coffee machine (bring your own #4 filters). The apartment is equipped with high-speed fiber optic internet access. A convenience store is a 10-minute walk away, but it's recommended that you do your shopping at the Bourg-Saint-Maurice Super U on the day of your arrival. During the colder months, you can enjoy winter sports nearby. In summer, tours are available in the area; you can enjoy hiking and walking nearby. Chambéry-Savoie Airport is 133 km away. Val d'Isère is a 30-minute drive away.

Sinon la navette bus s'arrête juste devant la résidence et vous dépose au pied du front de neige en quelques minutes. Vous pouvez redescendre à ski jusque devant la résidence en fin de journée.
